Hailed in years past as one of America's premiere Music festivals, the 12th annual installment of "Music Midtown" will be taking place June 10-12, 2005.Over the span of three-days, nearly 100 major and emerging acts from every genre of music will take to the multiple outdoor stages to perform. This year's conference will be held at its usual location, a 40+ acre complex nestled between the Midtown and Downtown metropolitan areas of Atlanta, Georgia. Last year's installment featured acts such as Outkast, Foo Fighters, Ludacris, Ween, Steve Miller, Damien Rice, Puddle of Mudd, George Clinton & the Parliament Funkadelic, Lil Jon & the Eastside Boyz. It drew over 300,000 spectators from all over the world. This year's festival lineup promises to be every bit as exciting, if not more even more impressive. Tickets are 75.00 a day, or 90.00 for the weekend. If you have the chance to take a trip to the capital of the South in June, make sure to check out "Music Midtown" fest while you're there, which promises to be the hottest summer concert ticket of the year. Below I have attached some of the performers that impressed me the most on this year's line up.
