Pamela Anderson in Yet Another Publicity Ploy?

Permalink | Comments (0) | RSS

Pamela Anderson of "Baywatch" and Internet porn movie fame has called the Postmaster General's Office to task for a new stamp that features KFC founder Colonel Sanders.

Anderson, lesser known for her animal-rights position and for being an active member of PETA, has previously blasted the fast food company for its treatment of chickens. In her angry letter to the office of the Postmaster General, Anderson reportedly states: "Honoring a man whose legacy involves breaking animals' bones and scalding animals to death in defeathering tanks is contrary to the values of most compassionate citizens."

And then perhaps tongue-in-cheek added, "How about another Elvis stamp instead?"

The denounciation from Anderson who has been through numerous cosmetic surgeries including breast-enhancement, lip-enhancement and eye-lifting surgeries will certainly not likely sway anyone at the US Postal Service

In fact, most bloggers immediately responded that it was Miss Anderson that was in need of saving, not chickens.
