Victoria Beckham, the former Spice Girl and celebrity wife of soccer star David Beckham, earned the top slot on Mr. Blackwell's worst dressed list for 2007. Nicknamed Posh while singing with the Spice Girls, it was the second time she had topped the list having done so in 1998 when the Spice Girls collectively were given the worst fashion label.

Commentary: While Posh Spice may actually be able to make her fashion faux pas look good, the next two ladies on the list are simply not able to do the same. Number two on the list was British singer Amy Winehouse, given the number two slot by Blackwell primarily for her "exploding beehives above" in reference to the singer's hair. Billionaire actor Mary-Kate Olsen, who actually has launched a high-end clothing venture, came in third. Once a regular on the list, Britney Spears was not named only because Blackwell decided he could not pile on the pop star currently undergoing severe emotional problems.
