A Superior Court Commissioner has continued the ruling that bars Britney Spears from being able to visit her two sons. At the end of the hearing, Commissioner Scott Gordon announced the emergency order suspending Spears visitation rites issued on the 4th of January would remain in effect.

Commentary: Amidst questions of whether she would make an appearance Britney Spears did make it to court on Monday. However, she did arrive late and according to sources never made it into the courtroom after being engulfed by the paparazzi. Former husband Kevin Federline did attend, arrived early, and remained in sole custody of the couple's two sons until a hearing scheduled for February 19th.
